Incoming inspection, process checks and finished-product testing are defined around the production route rather than added after assembly.

Inspect supplied cells, protection boards and other incoming materials before release to production.

Cell grading
Grade and match cells before assembly to support consistent pack performance.

Pack assembly
Build the pack around the released electrical, mechanical and BMS configuration.

Aging & testing
Run charge-discharge aging, capacity checks and product testing before final release.

Final inspection
Check the finished pack, workmanship and documentation before packing.

Packing & shipment
Prepare the finished battery packs for the agreed shipment method and destination.
