ZBPOWER’s LiFePO4 replacement range is designed for applications that traditionally use lead-acid batteries. The chemistry supports stable operation, heat resistance and a lower operating cost than the batteries it replaces.
The mechanical format, terminal arrangement and protection strategy are adapted to the target vehicle or backup system.

Project configuration
The final pack is defined around the installation’s voltage, capacity requirement, available space, charging method and expected discharge profile. We review those inputs before selecting the cells, case and BMS configuration.
Production and testing
Production takes place in Dongguan with incoming inspection, cell grading, pack assembly, aging and finished-product testing. Contact our team to discuss a replacement format or a new 12V platform.
